Went in today and it was BAKING in there. I asked one of the workers and he said the ac had been out a few weeks now. Their maintenance/management needs to get that fixed asap because that building was almost unbreathable.

Kayla is an absolute legend, not only did she stop closing (we were like a minute away from it being closed, the usps driver dropped it off like that) but she also did it with a smile and just waited patiently, seriously deserves kudos and a raise

Well it's been over a week and I am still waiting for my package to make it to me and I am in San Antonio Texas USPS says it has been delivered but yet nothing and I called the people that I ordered from and they say the last place my package was in Hamilton Ohio sitting in a post office waiting to keep coming to me. Then why does it say delivered when I look up the tracking number but then again the people I ordered from looked it up and my package is still sitting in Hamilton Ohio. Why me!!!

I dropped a bubble mailer with a prepaid label into the blue Dropbox and it has been over a week and the tracking info still says “Label Created not yet in system” which idk how is even possible when they check them every day or at least are supposed to, I have called over 10 times and they don’t pick up, what’s the point in having a phone if you don’t answer?

We moved from Fairfield to West Hamilton almost 3 months ago. I have gotten maybe 2 pieces of my own mail since living here (near spooky nook.) I had so much mail pile up on my mailbox that I tried to send back and no longer residing here that it eventually blew all down the street. I’ve put our name on the mailbox and it doesn’t make a difference. Laziest mail people I have ever come across, easily. I’d be ashamed to say I managed these people.

The USPS office for West Chester Ohio Zip Has A big problem as far as communication goes, I have a package I ordered on 10/08/2025 and another I ordered from the same vendor on 01/15/2025 and each went to the post office shortly after I placed the orders, I was not given tracking info on either package I have not been able to contact anyone to ask what the problem is so I got an email I was going to get a package today 01/18/25, And when I got it I received the ordered on 01/15, And the ordered on 01/08 is still not here. All I am asking is for an explanation for this. Even this review does not even go to the post office It is posted publicy across google justwant to know what happened to my package

Rude and lazy staff. Take full advantage of the fact that there is no direct way to call. If you visit, expect them to continue doing whatever they can to avoid work.

If you can, just go to a different location, first of all, no parking space, the guy who was working this morning was rude and doesn’t know how to do customer service, USPS employees should know what the difference is between a package pickup request mail and a successfully completed your package pickup mail, those are basic reading skills that team members should be able to know.

The guy behind the customer is the nice and great clerk jason who used to be on the west side for the last two years. Great guy... love him to death. Always nice and charming. Always willing to help. Always willing to help me save money on shipping.

This post office has been my go-to in Hamilton- I’m almost always in and out quickly without any issues, even during the holidays when they were slammed; they were able to operate quick and efficiently. I ship quite a bit, and just realized I don’t know my favorite employee’s name for this location ? but he’s always pleasant and in a good mood even after dealing with difficult customers. The girl that works the counter extremely occasionally (usually Saturday), & the other 2 guys that sometimes work the counter are all great also.
