I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store location! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I needed to ship some fragile items and they took extra care to package everything securely. They were also very patient in answering all my questions and made sure I had the right shipping option for my needs. Didn’t feel rushed at all. The store was clean, well organized, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. It’s great to see such dedicated customer service, you don’t see that often anymore.. I’ll definitely be using this location for all my shipping needs in the future. Highly recommended!

The moment when we stepped in the store, both two ladies gave kind strange attitude to us. Later on the old lady blamed on us that her mistake on document is because we should not come during lunch time. I will not come to this UPS location again.

Terrible- sent papers to be delivered overnight and they were not delivered

Shipped a phone through them and bought the insurance protection. I ultimately called to have the package returned because the buyer didn't pay four hours before they delivered it. Then got ran around for a month about excuses as to why they delivered and then six months later they deny my claim for my insurance because in fine print it says "they are not responsible for any package delivered after shipped." Horrible company, please do not use if you value your hard earned money.
