I rented a one way 6x12 trailer from Secure EZ Storage for a move to VA. While we had a few minor issues on the pickup the owner (who wasn't present at the time) worked tirelessly to make sure everything was addressed (including working with U-Haul on refund) and we were satisfied. The minor issues were related to a U-Haul website issue between my reservation drop off location (offered at a discount) and what was allowed/available at time of pick up (alternate location was not offered so I ended up paying more). The other issue was a misunderstanding on number of furniture pads. Given the owner's efforts to address these issue I would highly recommend this location as they actually take pride in making sure you are satisfied
