Staff was very professional and courteous. The prices were reasonable and they finish the job in a timely manner to be honest. I was surprised when I got online and seen that they only had three stars. I’ve been there several times and they’re always a five star organization every time I’ve dealt with them.

My 5,000 free tire rotation and balance was performed right on time as scheduled. I was on my way in 40 minutes! Dustin, the manager, was on top of things as always.

I have been to numerous places for multiple car maintenance. After going to tire discounters, received exceptional and professional service! I gave my mom the free oil change coupon and she came here and said she will NEVER go anywhere else. Today I brought my husband's car in for tires, etc. He told me to bring his car here because he appreciated their prompt, courteous and professional attitude. Both times I've been here I have dealt with Earl Johnson, sales manager.he is outstanding! Answers all questions and always courteous and professional. I won't go anywhere else either

I often travel a lot for the military and I was in need of an oil change before going out of town again, Tire discounts were the only ones to get me an appointment in such a short notice! Also they are one of the few auto shops to provide military discount which I know many appreciate. Their customer service was great and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Arrived early in the a.m. and was expecting to make an appointment and they took me in right away. Took about 25 minutes and I was on my way. Had two tiny screws in my tire. They patched it and I was gone. Yes stupid good service and very polite personnel.

These folks were really nice and not out to take you for every penny. I went in for brake squealing thinking I would certainly need pads. They checked all wheels and I still had more pad life left. They didn’t charge me to just look at it and honestly I hadn’t had anymore squealing since I left. Oh and yes, my brakes work just fine!

Stopped in to get my tire pressures checked. The guys here are more than courteous! Decided to price tires while I was there and their package prices are so easy to understand. It's priced with mount and balance and install with tax. They give you a free alignment as well as free rotate and balance every 5k miles. Definitely my new go to for tires!

Currently in the process of suing tire discounters so that's cool... 15 grand in with no end in sight over a repair they completely screwed up. Corporate has been 0 help and their insurance denied our claim until WE pay out of pocket to have the engine inspected to determine what exactly Tire Discounters did wrong... The fact of the matter is my car has been out of commission since September... 9 plus whole flippin months without a car because Tire Discounters couldn't do their job and then won't take responsibility. Customer service has obviously been terrible with excuses galore (vacations, surgeries, you name it). It's essentially like you hired an electrician to fix a socket and they burn your house down and then deny responsibility... it's literally the craziest single situation I have had to deal with in my 30 plus years of living, absolutely ridiculous... We have had their own employees tell us they made a huge mistake yet their insurance has denied our claim until WE the customer pay even more money to determine what they did wrong it's literally INSANE. But the good news is we have hired an attorney, and are in the process of breaking the engine down now so there's that.
I don't ever leave Google reviews, the fact I'm taking time out of my work day to post this crazy review should tell you everything you need to know... STAY AWAY
