Have been with Ackerman Team for over 10 years for auto and home insurance. They have always been responsive when I had questions and explained various coverage options to me. They don't try to hard sell me on things I don't really need. We have had to file claims and the process was fairly painless.

David C. provided excellent service, answered all questions, took the time to assure I was completely comfortable with a full understanding of exactly what I was purchasing and explained the companies tier offerings that may be useful to my family as our children become young drivers and just how accident forgiveness may be useful in the future for our family of young drivers. Brian takes the time to thoroughly explain each facet of all the policies we have with Allstate. He recommends if he feels that changes are needed and the positive and negatives of making the changes. He has in his reviews given us savings that we would not have enjoyed without his knowledge and insights. I highly recommend Brian and his agency. HIs team members are friendly and knowledgeable.

Brian took the time to do a thorough review of our insurance policies. He was very considerate to make sure we understood all of our options - including the pros and cons - and thoroughly explained his recommendations. Quite often he suggested changes that would save us money. Brian and his agency have the experience, focus on customer service, and keep their clients interest as a priority.
