They treat seniors well and will go get your items to save you from having to hunt for them on your own. They are also extremely patient with those of us who are not tech savvy. Plus, I love the ease of taking Amazon returns to Staples instead of having wrap and ship items myself!

Excellent customer service! I’ve been in to pick up online orders as well as looking for something specific. I’ve never had to wait more than 3 minutes for them to retrieve my order. I’ve always been greeted upon arrival and the staff genuinely want to help you find what you are looking for. Two thumbs up!

I needed cartridges for my laptop. The employee stopped climbing a ladder and found what I needed. He did not make me wait until he finished doing the task he was doing. Great employee!!!
