Didn't get the back of my SUV very clean I did deluxe auto wash

I have been washing my cars at this location for 20 years and rarely have issues. The prices have increased a little bit in the last few years but that's expected given the circumstances. I've never used the automatic wash and therefore cannot comment on the effectiveness, but the manual wash stations are usually well kept.
