This shop was very caring. They take the time to describe issue they found. I had truck at Columbia Chevrolet for check eng light and was told they can’t look at it so to truck had banks exhaust and air intake and a Gibson headers with oil separator. Dealers tec wanted to charge me to put it all back to stock before they can look at eng light. Snyder’s they were able to get me in a few days And I told them the dealership didn’t have any good techs. There last tech went to another dealership that I use to use. So I was referred to Snyder’s from another tech. It’s crazy how this shop had way better customer service and knowable tech to find my issue without putting anything back to gm spec. Snyder’s also made sure after words days later that I had a good experience. In my eyes I put this place an above and beyond and would choose this place over dealership. I put this shop along trusted repair shops such as Northgate transmission and Relative automotive in the area. Don’t your looking for trustworthy shop Snyder’s is the place. I’ve been in the auto industry for over 20 yrs as a warranty claims specialist and finding trustworthy shops is a diamond in ruff. So look at their reviews they are someone you can trust with auto repairs. Thanks again for great customer service

I was recommended this place from carmax where I purchased my car. I would like to say that they are amazing! The customer service excellent, every one was friendly and nice. Brian kept me in the loop every step of the way checking in with me, being imformational about the process and everything they were doing with my car and I appreciate that very much I left happy, satified and confident my car was fix and cared for in the right hands at a pretty good price!! I will come back again if I have any other car issues in the future thanks snyder care car great work!

Incorrectly diagnosed and greatly exaggerated my daughter’s vehicle to the cost of 1000 to 1500 dollars.Took it to my mechanic and got it fixed for 63 dollars.You can be the judge if he is a honest and trustworthy mechanic !!!!!!!

Been going here for a few years now. They've been great to work with. I take all my vehicles to them now. I've asked for things they've told me I don't actually need like new brakes. Their work has always done the same day that they promised it to be done.

The low tire pressure light came on in my car and I needed to have it assessed. Snyders got me in quickly, assessed that I had a bolt puncture in my tire, repaired the tire and had me on my way. The people are friendly and the service is great.
