“Tyler was so great to work with! I drove 1.5 hour for scrubs because nowhere else had my size/color I needed. Cincy scrubs had exactly what I needed and then some! The store is massive. The selection was great and Tyler knew exactly where to go. The competence was refreshing. I called yesterday in a panic and he assured me he'd take care of me today, he delivered. I am so grateful. Prices are great as well. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I will DEFINITELY be back!”

“The employees at Boot Country are extremely nice and extremely knowledgeable. I go to Boot Country for my cowboy hats and boots. They had a good amount of boots size 13 and I was happy about that. I was looking for a pair of unique, distressed looking boots. They had just what I was looking for.
They have a large selection of work clothes and work boots also. Stop in and say hi to Michelle. She really knows what she's doing there and she will treat you right. I always have a great experience there and I already recommend Boot Country to my family and friends.”

“I love this store!!! They are under brand new management. The new manager, her name is Jessica, is so attentive, but not intrusive. She asked what I was shopping for and made great suggestions. I have pretty much switched from other plus size stores to The Loft because she is so helpful when I need something specific for my wardrobe. “Went in at noon on Sunday. There were three customers ahead of me and only one person working. The gentleman working still greeted me warmly and said to feel free to look around and he would be with me asap. As the other customers were trying on boots he came to me and help me get started by asking details of my needs and making excellent suggestions. I was impressed by his knowledge and ability to multi-task with a smile. I left very satisfied and my new boots fit great.”
