Do not give my 20 cent discount. Why be a loyal customer, when your company is not loyal to me?

A bad review is better than no review for any company because it means people care enough to alert a place on how they feel, or it means that a lot of people frequent the place. Not many reviews for this particular place, only fifteen or so at this time which means that they might not be high volume. Don't like it myself. They rebuilt it. I liked the smaller one better, it was more cozy, employees knew their customer. This one does have good fountain soda though, have to give them that.

Convenient gas station accepting Kroger fuel points paired with a Dunkin Donuts. Large beer selection, basic well stock conveniences and limited fresh produce. Well maintained interior and exterior. The pump area has very good lightening in the evening.

Rude customer service. The "main manager" because there is apparently is noone above him and noone to talk too; refused to explain why after I paid for $40 in gas that one: my pump was not set and two: my money was never applied back to my card. So robbery of $40 of my hard earned paycheck lines his pockets. Awesome .. I called to ask when I would receive my money back and he got rude with me and hung up. So I called back to talk to his manager, and he basically told me I was screwed. I will never use this location ever again and any of my friends who work in the area the same. I was an everyday regular who only filled up with v power gas and also used his Dunkin donut shop daily. Now I'll just gas up down the street and use the Starbucks down the way. Horrible customer service. I feel violated that he felt so comfortable to be so sickeningly rude. Lost customer.

Pumps are sooo slow... it literally took 15 minutes to pump 25 gallons... should take under 5 minutes...

Can't exchange a propane tank at 130 in the morning because he is the only guy working but it's fine for his 2 buddys to hang out in the store and screw off... maybe move tanks closer to building instead of across the parking lot or keep a couple accessable for someone that might be in a bind at that time of the night...won't stop back again... would drive out of my way for something I need

Plenty of pumps, decent prices and an OK selection inside. HOWEVER, the people at the counter seem like they want to go jump off of a bridge. Get help.

On the day of this review, this Shell station is charging $2.08 for regular, $2.40 for mid-grade and $2.91 for premium. Seriously? $0.83 more for premium? I think the owners are hoping that people just see the low price on the sign for regular, and forget to check the premium price at the tank. All the other nearby stations are charging $0.40 more for premium, not $0.83! Crazy!
