“The place is secure and I have never had any problems getting into my stuff. The only issue I have is that the price keeps going up and without any advance notice. And people who are storing long term or who have more than one should get better deals than those that don't in my opinion. The people there are nice and polite.”

“I love this place. Kind and professional, informational and helpful. When I was looking for storage on a Saturday afternoon Asst. Manager Ronny was efficient in getting me a space. The grounds are very nice with many cameras, giving me great security. In fact 1 of those cameras along with this outstanding Manager, recognized I had left a key behind, he got the key and placed it in an envelope. Realizing I missed the key quickly returning. Above and beyond customer service the best. Wow! Thank you.”

“I have 3 different units with Key Storage and i have been for around 5 or 6 years now as long as you make your payments on time you will never have a problem we love this company definitely recommend them if you need a storage spot the have places for you big toys lol and small toys all the way around great place !”
“We rented a storage locker for a year and a half to store our daughter's stuff between school years while at Miami University. We found the staff very helpful and the location is only a few miles south on 27 from campus. The facilities were clean and staff was also helpful in determining what size unit we needed so we didn't buy a bigger space than we needed. She's graduating this year so we won't be needing it going forward, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business.”
“We have used Store Space the last 2 years for our son who is a rising Junior, at Syracuse and they have been awesome. So accommodating with our needs being so far from Texas. Teri, the new Syracuse location manager on Bay Rd is amazing. We feel like family. We have summer of '25 to store again which will be our last. Thank You Teri(not sure of correct spelling- my mom is Terri, too).

“All went well with my online reservation EXCEPT the 25% discount on the unit rental was not applied to the final price. I'm having to work with the mgr in hopes that he can apply the discount to my monthly unit rental fee.”
