It's dark and dingy inside. The single salons are cramped. I've never been to a more depressing salon in my life. It has an industrial look with everything painted black. The hairdresser I had did not get my hair color right twice! I was horrified.

Taylor Bentley did such an AMAZING job. I went in with hair past my bottom, and wanted it cut to about halfway down my back. Also did not have bangs for the last 2 years but wanted them cut again. For the last few years I've been so leery of going to a salon bc everytime they mess my hair up. When I say I will be going back to Taylor every time I need a haircut, you better believe it! April is an amazing hairstylist have been consistently happy with the outcome. Clear line of communication with clients and will communicate with client if they are running behind on a client pushing an appointment back. Highly professional beautiful loft. Makes amazing recommendations to make the hair look salon quality long term. Honestly my favorite salon experience

Love this location!! You pick the independent hair stylist and book on their website. My stylist uses a square space. It was very clean and just remodeled during covid.

Cass Campbell is the hair stylist I see. She specializes in women's shortcuts. I've been to her several times now. She does a great job and I've been receiving so many compliments about my hair lately. Highly recommend!

Clean, great ambience, and safe location in Bridgewater Falls where independent stylists rent space from Salon Lofts to provide services to their clients. The independent spaces are decorated nicely and a refreshing change from noisy, crowded, department store settings. My stylist is great and does a terrific job every time. It's nice knowing I'll get the same quality experience each appointment.
