Service was quick and staff were very friendly and helpful! Not only did they get my car in immediately but I was offered a ride to work and back to the shop when my vehicle was finished being serviced! Prices were reasonable compared to any other shop I’ve been to. 10/10 I would recommend rose for any work you need done on your car.

Work performed oil change tire rotation and rear brakes. Tire pressure was not set correctly. Had to adjust myself. Was told that caliper had to be changed as it did not register with computer. This must have been corrected but was not told this when they called to have it picked up. I figured they must have figured out the reset problem. Communication is key to customer service. Also performing a job like simple things as checking the tire pressures during an inspection. It’s the simple things that matter.

Rose Automotive Service department is first rate. Communicate professionally and effectively on status of car repairs. Very accomodating too. Mike Combs was awesome to work with. They even researched parts on my behalf.

I drove 450 miles from northern Michigan to purchase a truck I found online at Rose. My salesman sent me information, video, even drove the unit to give me feedback.
When we arrived the truck was clean and ready for test drive. The purchase was smooth with no surprises. Our salesman ( Mike) and sales manager were terrific.
I would definitely buy here agin.

When I called in for an appointment, Mike answered the phone. He was very polite and eager to try to help me. He got us an appointment that same day even though they were busy. Mike was a great guy when we got there. He did everything he could do to take care of us properly. I have also found that other employees in the past were very eager to serve us properly
They did a good job with the repair to the best of my knowledge and the window seems to work.
We have dealt with Rose Automotive for several years. They have made mistakes in the past, but they have always been great about correcting them: Sometimes even at their own expense. I continue to go there, because I feel like I’m being treated fair. The price isn’t always cheap, but it seems to be fair.
I have recommended them to a few people that I know.
