Always a pleasure to shop here. The guys are very knowledgeable and friendly! We did our ccw here about 5 years ago and it was the best safety class I’ve ever taken. 10/10 recommend!

Great to work with and always go way beyond for me. Trying to use a discontinued silencer on an odd rifle and we found a way when the manufacturer was no help! Now my go to for everything!

Rude and lazy, employee couldn’t bother moving from the lounge chair. Annoyed I asked if they'd price matched a nation wide vendor that had Glock mags $12 cheaper than the price they have marked. Attitude and prices would be my guess why the parking lot is empty 85% of the time when I drive by. I Would highly recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to Aim Surplus in Monroe.

Have done a fair bit of business over the past few years and usually my go to spot when I have an itch for something beyond the basics. (They have that too.) Great people and very helpful, even put up with me asking about NFA procedures for at least a year before I committed. Also a great Microtech dealer!!

In my 76 years they have the worst customer service ever. Bought a range bag, got it home and shoulder strap was missing. Right2arm response was “contact the manufacturer and see if they will replace it”! Bag was not in a package or wrap, my mistake. But wouldn’t recommend this business to sweep my floors.

I'm a lawful non-immigrant who has gone through the CCW process and got approved by the Hamilton Sheriff's department. I submitted my DL and CCW for a gun purchase, and they were fine. As soon as I disclosed my visa status, they denied the purchase, WHICH IS FINE!!(Range USA also has this policy. They sell only to the citizens), but the salesman in the store is so rude. He mentioned that I shouldn't be getting a CCW in the first place and questioned me how did I get it. I'm disappointed! Please guys include the purchese-policy on your website like other stores. So, people like me can avoid humiliation from your employees.

Purchased parts for my Glock43X (mag well adapter), and I am ecstatic with performance and quality of the item. Groups noticeably tightened! The service and help received from the staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! The quality of installation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!! And it arrived 5 days ahead of schedule!!!! Wish there was more stars to give in review!!!!
