Had a pretty substantial transmission leak that we made them aware of prior to dropping off the vehicle. We're told to park the car in the parking lot and leave the keys. They looked and said it was too big of a job for them to handle, which we informed them it was a pretty bad leak prior to dropping it off, so it was a wasted trip but that part was fine. However upon pick up, we wanted to top off the transmission fluid before driving, and was screamed at by the owner for not topping off in the gravel.... That being said, they were aware the leak was substantial and THEY parked it in the parking lot KNOWING this. We were just topping it off before leaving, and the owner got in my husband's face, screaming at him to move the car and demanding he lay down litter on the puddle that formed before we even arrived onsite. Will never return, never recommend. Absolute trash service.
If you don't want leaking transmission fluid in your parking lot, maybe don't advise customers with a leaking transmission to park in your lot. Maybe don't look at it, and then RETURN THE VEHICLE TO YOUR LOT to continue leaking. Blown away by how confrontational owner was and how eager he was to threaten violence on customers for their own misunderstanding.
