I had an online pick up order at this location on Christmas Eve. I just want to mention that I was very impressed to see how organized and clean this location was!!! I have been to multiple Rally House locations in the Cincinnati area and this specific location seems to be the most organized. This definitely helps the customer experience to be much more enjoyable to shop and I will make the extra 30min drive to this store for this reason! I will also say that the employees at each location have always been very helpful and friendly so I will continue to recommend Rally House to family and friends.

Quality merchandise. Did not find product within grab bag Christmas limits. Good selection of professional and local colleges and High Schools.

Done an in store pick up yesterday evening for 1 item and not ready 1 day later. Tried customer service but an automatic voice said I would receive a call. Website says it’s supposed to be ready 3 hours later, but no email yet. This is my first time being a customer. UPDATE I cancelled my order. Customer service told me the user filling the order kept changing and not getting filled. They also said they tried contacting store but got no response. Was offered nothing in return. If I use rallyhouse again I will probably go to a different store location such as Voice of America. Still have no product.
