I first started my membership in may of last year. I canceled it before June because I started somewhere else. Come to find out when I signed the keypad it didn’t go through which is a error on their end so I have been getting charged for almost a year without knowing then tried to contact planet fitness to get a refund which the representative was super helpful but also stated this isn’t the first time this has happened. I called their headquarters and received a email from “Kristen.miller senior vice president of operations” which stated they refuse to give a refund for any amount of the time I obviously haven’t been there which is “344 days”. BEWARE that when it’s a cancellation error on their end they REFUSE TO GIVE ANY REFUNDS! She would rather debate over email instead of calling about this matter. Still no resolution has been given. I will be calling the better business bureau about this.

Horrible service, employees continue to talk to each other the entire time instead of cleaning beds I wait atleast 20 - 30 mins everytime I tan.

I just got my pass Monday morning & so far I absolutely love this place. The staff are very helpful & knowledgeable about everything there. My best friend & I got passes together & we went tanning & then worked out for another 20-30 minutes. I love this place ❤️

I would rate this place 5 stars, but it's baffling to have such a large gym with only two stalls in the men's restroom. Just a heads-up: ensure you're set before visiting during peak hours.

Well he finally got their new beds in tanning beds and the facial Tanner wouldn't come on I laid in a good 20 minutes got dressed and had to go out and ask for another bed so it's quite frustrating and I really don't like the new beds

I just signed up here not knowing the facility wasn’t 24hrs anymore.
This is a huge inconvenience to people who like to go to the gym early.
7am on Saturday and Sunday are terrible hours for people who need to get their workout in earlier in the morning due to jobs or other obligations. Such a waste. Everyone has different schedules and I can’t believe there are gyms still around that aren’t 24 hours.

Place looked nice. Nice machines. Very busy. The guy working was kind of short with me. But he did offer to give me a tour of the facility which I declined. They need a Daycare!!!

This location is always clean and well organized. The manager and PF team are always on the floor working. Anytime I've ever needed anything, they have always been happy to help. The atmosphere in the gym is always great, the manager and staff always greet you at the desk and will take time to discuss any questions you have. Every PF location I've been to has been a good experience, but this location stands out.

Clean gym. Many people don't know the proper way to use the equipment. Friendly staff would help if they just ask. Well maintained equipment.
