We went here looking for a reliable, daily driver and were super interested in this 2006 Mercury Milan. We spoke with one of the mechanics and he said the car had some rust but it was safe to drive. It looked great until we checked out the back right tire area. The entire frame was cracked completely broken away, had a huge hole and looked like it would break off if you hit the wrong train track. We asked the same man we spoke with previously if he knew about the issue with the frame and he said it'll be fine, they just didn't have the time to fix it before selling. This seems super unsafe for someone who wouldn't know what to look for, with such a good price. I wouldn't recommend buying a car from here without bringing you're own mechanic.

I was buying a car from them and I literally had 3 payments left to pay and feel on hard times so asked them to give me to the end of the month to pay my bill which wasn't behind and they wouldn't. I've bought cars from ford hyndai Toyota with real loans from a bank and even they give you some grace but not Payless auto. Not mention they don't even sale good used cars they are legit u get what u buy my windows didn't even go up and down and I was missing my catalytic converter and check engine light was on day one. If u have to do a buy here pay here don't pick this place.

Got a really nice camry from here, low miles, flexible payments. Although, within a week the engine was shot completely. The owner was very kind, staff were very helpful. Thank you for returning my deposit, and I hope you guys continue business as such with others. This is not a bad place if you're in a tight spot and need a vehicle with a low down payment option, they are used vehicles so it's as is, but if you're smart with cars they can give you a dependable vehicle. Thank you again. :)

Horrible horrible customer service at this establishment. They obviously don’t know how to follow basic instructions and always tryin to get over on the people who need help the most. Sorry excuse for business representation, whoever handles the phone. Customer service isn’t part of ur personality, u shouldn’t work anywhere near people, nor animals!!!

I got two vehicles from there one had major suspension issues and one that had a radiator leak and door that wouldn't open up from the inside. The owner refused to do anything and does not inspect his vehicles which left me stranded twice.

Worst car lot ever don't buy a car from this place I was 2 months from paying my car off and it blew up and they was supposed to fix it for me and then they sold the car underneath me with out me knowing about it so stay away from that car lot they sell lemons

This is the worst car dealership ever I bought a car a year ago from them I used it to go back and forth to college I had a deal with a worker that use to work there then she quit or got fired everything changed they start asking for more money and I was in college . I go to college 2 hours away they drove 2 hours away while I was at lunch at college and took my car made me pay 500 to get it back the car was janky from the start do not buy your car here !
