Good and nice staff but I was told my glasses would be here on the 8 and I still ain't heard anything from anyone there

Very nice people at the desk but I scheduled an appointment on their website and when I arrived it didn’t show I had one now I have to wait another month before I can get in.

They are very professional and helpful. They get pretty busy though, and I had to leave a message but never a callback. Three days later I called and got someone live and they were able to help me out.
