Jeff, the owner of Muenchens went above and beyond to resolve my complaint. He came to my house in person to look at the issues with the fabric on the flex steel couch that I ordered from his store and came up with a resolution that I am very happy with. This is another reminder why it is so important to shop at small businesses. I will probably never hear back from Flexsteel on the complaint I made with them, but Muenchens got back to me right away and I will definitely shop with them for my furniture needs in the future.

Great sales person. Took her time with us and was patient with us even when we changed our minds several times. Delivery people are employed by them. They went over and above what they should do. Bought our kitchen table from them over 30 years ago and we still use it. Hope our couches and love seat last that long. HIGHLY recommend them.

I don't furniture shop.anywhere else anymore. I bought flex steel recliner sofa because I'm bigger person and other couches won't hold up. Well worth the money I've bought bunch items from this location In Shandon ohio always pleasure of dealing with the sales crew very decent sales people with the knowledge to steer you in right direction.

It's good. I've had great experiences and one meh experience.
I feel like most of the furniture is over priced but my mindset for a furniture budget is also smaller than average. However, they have great sales around holidays. I also think the furniture is nicer than I'd ever need in my home so there's a fair assertion that quality is a deciding role in those prices.
I'm the type to buy furniture that will last 5 to 7 years so I can change the style. This furniture will probably last 15+ depending what it is and you don't have pets.

Marion was the only sales associate who took the time to understand what I was looking for, and she was able to order exactly what I had been seeking, and in the colors and shades I had only hoped might be available! I was given an esteem for delivery, and was kept apprised of progress along the way.Jeff was also able to accommodate my need to reposition existing furniture at the time of delivery.Marion, Jeff, and their other associates are the most helpful and the friendliest folks you want to meet.

I dont believe ive ever had a more pleasant experience from start to finish . Very nice and helpful people! We were able to get furniture quickly and efficiently. Delivery guys were the best!Very impressed! I would definitely reccomend Muenchens to family and friends. Thanks guys!
