I highly recommend Dave and his team at Monro on main st . I didn’t have a mechanic when I had trouble with my car, and I didn’t know how long it would keep working so I wanted a close place to take . I looked online and took a chance on Monro auto repair and I’m glad I did. I called and talked with Dave, he said bring in and they would look at it. After it was there an hour or so I got a call from Dave explaining what they found and what it would cost and they could have it fixed in no time. A hour an half later they called saying it was fixed. While I was waiting for their call I looked online about what they had found and what the cost should be. I found my car symptoms went with what they said and their price was average cost. I now have a mechanic I trust.

The staff is very knowledgeable & courteous. Dave helped me through this whole experience, he explained everything to me so I would understand what's going on. They diagnosed what was wrong almost immediately & explained to me how a car warranty works (as I've never used one before). My car was back to me within 2 days & is running better than when I bought it. I will definitely be a lifelong customer of theirs.

Had a great experience. Started off with talking to Dave on the phone. Dave has great customer service. Saw Robert working on my car. He made a couple hour job take half the time. Ill probably start going here for now on. Talked to Bob as well. Friendly guy.

Quick easy service. When I went I was the first customer of the day so that made it easier, I'm sure. Needed a tire patched, Austin was attentive, conscientious, and knowledgeable. Thank you for being so excellent during an otherwise stressful situation for your customer.

I had my oil changed there and had a pretty good experience with the Store Manager Dave Rogers, 1315 Main St Hamilton OhWe setup and ordered new tires. We talked about timeframe, which was told to me an hour. I allotted time and a half figuring that would be plenty of time. Not the case. 2hr and 15mins later, while being ignored or given more false times it would be ready. I didn’t receive a phone call saying they didn’t accommodate for low profile tires, even though when ordered, my car was in the shop. So much Gaslighting. Then at Checkout I explain that I’m unsatisfied due to having to cancel an appointment and won’t be returning.His response was I hope your customers don’t leave you due to one mistake.
