The new employees there are constantly smoke pot the whole drive thru smells of it and they are so high they cant understand simple orders and they broke my debit card. I use to go their every day but now i avoid it.

The employees at this location are a nice bunch of people. Always kind and helpful. I stop in at least 4x a week for something. Only wish 2nd shift would put RC 2 litters in the fridge to get cold? always warm.

Absolute horrible experience today. I simply asked for a cranberry juice and one classic lotto. Had to repeat the order twice to the guy who acted like he was on something, after I had waited and watched him take forever with the cars in front of me asking them several times as well. Then another older guy stumbles out from behind the register to collect. - I always have a great experience at the other two Hamilton west locations and I always tip.
