They answered all my questions. There was nobody in the store so I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. I went to see about a phone upgrade.

The attention of the lady who speaks Spanish was very good. Since if you understand how someone speaks, it clarifies doubts and does not force you to have to buy equipment that you do not want. 10/10

Bad customer service its so roud the employee she is horrible and disrespectful we about to get 4 lines she say we close at 5 pm We Glad We want to other location and we buy one phone and they give us 3 phones for free

Horrible Service, Beware...I've been a loyal customer to metropcs for years, always payed on time. I came in to to get my free upgrade which I have notification for. and I destroyed my phone in the washer, mind you I've gotten free upgrades every few years or so. At this same store. I came in and this kid act like I'm trying to scam him, doesn't look up my account or anything. Tries to say I have to pay 70.00 when I never have before. I'm switching service providers, this is laughably ridiculous....

Seriously this place is as shady as they come! May as well have a dude and one of them 50 style pinstripe suits with a toothpick in his mouth flipping a coin while standing on the corner trying to sell some type of shady stuff. When I asked what was the lowest plan that I could purchase to qualify for an offer I was told the $60 plan that was actually the $40 plan and then was charged for the $70 plan. They were "nice enough" to put the most expensive device insurance plan and McCaffrey antivirus software on my account without me asking for it and of course I was charged for this. What should have been all actuality cost me just $43 - $45 ended up totaling $83.17! And I didn't even get the original phone I wanted I was told it was not part of that promotion however for $50 they could do it for me to find out later that the phone was included in the mobile plan that I purchased and could have gotten it, whether this part and the $50 was a mistake or an attempt at intentional deviation is unknown.

I WILL TELL EVERYONE DO NOT GO TO METRO . MY FRIEND AND I WENT IN TO EXCHANGE HIS PHONE THAT HE LITERALLY JUST PURCHASED NOT EVEN 7 DAYS AGO. BUT METRO WOULD NOT ALLOW HIM TO. BECAUSE HE HAD TALKED ON IT MORE THAN 60 MINUTES. THAT IS MORE THAN RIDICULOUS!!!!! AND NOW WHENEVER I'M READY TO POST OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PHONE STORE IT WOULDN'T LET ME UNLESS I POSTED A ?. THE COMPANY DESERVES NOTHING BUT ZEROES!!!##

I am Beyond Unsatisfied! The gentleman at the store says that he is the manager and the owner. The LK 40 they sold me a few weeks ago I was told is just like the LK 20. (that I've replaced three times because of how much I loved it but it's no longer available.) But NO the LK 40 is nothing like the LK 20. I asked him to help me turn off or uninstall certain features that are different from the LK 20 that I do not prefer to have. He tells me "I don't know if it can be done or what I'm doing for sure..." and reaches for my phone...? If you don't even know about the product that you sale and sold to me and you want to mess around with it not even knowing what your doing "No Thank You, I will go find somebody that does know what they're doing!"
