“I've had Positive outcomes any time a problem occurred. Just recently I was hospitalized for 1 week. My delivery day for my E cannisters of oxygen has always been on Mondays. I had an order that was coming on my Monday but I was hospitalized before it arrived. So my Delivery driver left a card letting me know I would need to reorder. No problem except I was not discharged until 1 week later, on a Monday. I missed placing another Monday order because I wasn't discharged by Friday in order to place an order for my regular Monday delivery date. So I called on Tuesday and reordered by phone because I only had 5 traveling E tanks and I knew I had upcoming Doctor's appointments. The order was to be delivered Wednesday. Well my Delivery driver had no idea how many Doctor's appointments coming up so he decided they would just deliver on my regular Monday delivery date. Well, of course, I panicked because I had a Doctor's appointment Thursday and it required me to use 2-3 tanks. Now, it's dire for me to call Customer Service since I only have 3 tanks for traveling. A Great, friendly Customer Service Representative answered my call. She assured me that she could help. So she reached out to her Manager, who wrote a Delivery ticket allowing the Delivery Driver to bring my oxygen tanks on Friday! She also told me to call on Friday if I hadn't heard from anyone by 12 noon....which I waited until 1 p.m.before I called because I hadn't received a call yet. Luckily I got the same Customer Service Representative who remembered speaking with me and telling me to call if I hadn't talked to anyone by noon. I Believe my Guardian Angel was Destiny and the Manager Barry who had okayed the delivery. Well she reached out to yet another Manager for a response and when she realized there may be a little wait time, she confirmed my telephone number and promised to call me back. She called back shortly and a Manager had approved the delivery ticket.... Yay!!! But even better the Delivery Driver called me to confirm that he would definitely be here but it would be a while because he was just leaving Blue Ash. I told him Thank You for calling and letting me know his plan.
All I know is the Manager, the Customer Service Representative, and the Delivery Driver all worked Together as a Team to make my much appreciated Delivery happen!!! Thank You All?”

“I’ve been on CPAP for nearly 2 years. I went through 6-8 mask changes until I found one that was comfortable and I was able to get a good night of sleep. I have a severe cervical spine injury so I can’t have pressure on the back of my neck.I use a N30i pillow.Last week I received an order with a different N30i pillow and it’s been painful, difficult to adjust and I haven’t had a decent night of sleep. The pain has been to my nares.Last night, I put on the older pillow (after tossing and turning for 4 hours) and fell asleep.How can I get the older version of this pillow?I don’t know how much research was done on the newer pillow but clients should have had input.myAir scores have dropped from 95-100 to 80. All the points off have been due to repositioning the pillow over 20+ times a night.”
