I called the store twice, left voice-mail with no response. Haley, the manager got my message and finally called me back. She was very helpful in rerouting the packages to our condo. “I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store location! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I needed to ship some fragile items and they took extra care to package everything securely. They were also very patient in answering all my questions and made sure I had the right shipping option for my needs. Didn’t feel rushed at all. The store was clean, well organized, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. It’s great to see such dedicated customer service, you don’t see that often anymore..
