After searching for the perfect vinyl company to give our 1999 pontoon boat the perfect makeover, we decided to go with Luxurious Wraps and we couldn't be anymore pleased with the work from Jay and Courtney! They treated our boat as their own while they were working on it and made sure it was absolute perfection. Not to mention I contacted Jay & told him I really wanted it done within about a month timeframe because we were heading to the Poker Run in Cumberland. Not only did he so genuinely fit us into their busy schedule, but they were 100% the absolute easiest people to work with! Courtney & Jay brought our ideas to life with the brand new wrap. However, on a personal level they truly are some of the most down to earth, genuine people you'll ever encounter. The timing of their work, the details, & the pricing are all unbeatable. If I ever moved hours away, there wouldn't ever be a hesitation that I wouldn't drive hours just for their work. They aren't your typical "in it for the money" business, either. Jay & Courtney are one the best small mom & pop business shops around, but overall great people. There is truly not one negative thing I have to say about them or their work and will continue to use them for any of our vinyl needs! If I could rate them a 10000000000/10, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Thanks again for work & making our 24 year old boat look brand new!

*Just Remember thisIf this is how they are are going to react after scratching a customers car then they will do it to you as well.Very unprofessional. They smoked in my car and it was not cigarettes.Had to remove the wrap it was so bad. The worse part is they Scratched my new car.Just a horrible experience.Nothing but lies on the owner’s response. They did offer to fix the scratch they put on my new mustang but it was at a trashy place I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my new car at to chance getting more damageThe wrap was trash and so were they I think when they did it He assured me he had a medical card so guess that’s supposed to make things better.Good luck if u decide to go there you will need itCan call me if u have any questions . I have nothing to lie about.. 6231053.I am 56 years old and never wrote a review in my life until now. I have no reason to lie. Thanks

Luxurious Wraps scratched and smoked marijuana in my new car! Do not go to this place. I walked into their building to pick up my car and the whole place smelled like marijuana. Then when my wife went to get into our new mustang, it smelled like marijuana as well. We had the roof and mirrors wrapped and the workmanship was so bad that they had to agree to redo it. There were wrinkles in the roof from a glue substance under it and the mirrors were already peeling off. Then to make matters worse, they had scratched the drivers' door down to the metal by the mirror they had wrapped and did not even tell us. They offered to fix the scratch, but only at a place that I was not comfortable with leaving my car at and risking further damage. They also refused to refund me the $400 cash I gave them so I could take my car to a body shop that I was comfortable leaving my it with.

This place scratched my new car and the inside smelled like marijuana when I picked it up. The wrap install was so bad with wrinkles in the roof and the wrap coming off on the mirror. They refused to refund me my money to get the scratch fixed. They only offered for me to take it to a buddy of there's to repaint my brand new mustang at a facility unsuitable to leave any car specially a new one

Not sure where to start, they were so amazing. I had a bad wrap job on my Wrangler prior to being referred to Lux Wraps. Bad is an understatement, destroyed is a better description. Jay and Courtney were so nice from the first moment we spoke up now. They went above she beyond for me. My Jeep looks amazing thanks to them. They put some fun special touches on it for me too. Love the wrap they put on my vehicle. I would say it was show ready when given back. Great staff very friendly family type of vibe was put off also was given great deal! Definitely would recommend then to anyone looking for quality wrap job.
