Your pickup sucks. It's either you don't have what I want in stock or I have to wait the day after my pickup time to get ONE item because they're low on staff. Ridiculous

I absolutely love the Kroger on the Westside of Hamilton. The staff are always very friendly & courteous. I'm usually able to find everything I need & if not all I have to do is ask & they assist me right away. Plus accruing the fuel points when shopping there is a plus because then I save on gas at the end of the month when I fill up!! Its a win-win situation for me.

Way more higher than Walmart. Digital coupons yuck. Who has hours to sit down every day and go through digital coupons. I think the add flyer in the paper is enough. I miss out on so many savings because of those stupid digital coupons. This is why I quit shopping at Kroger's after 50 years. Even with the coupon they give me I can still get it cheaper for the same brand at Walmart. And now that Kroger's is trying to buy Albertsons I don't see any prices going down anytime soon. Goodbye Kroger

Kroger supports racism ,they can kick out customers of color and let the white people stay, even when the white people are harassing the people of color, and then BAN the people who were getting harrassed while allowing the white family to stay customers.I can guarantee you ,kroger just lost business from my entire family.

BEWARE OF SCAM if you’re purchasing gift cards at this Kroger (Main St.). Purchased a Sephora gift card and went home to use it, only to find out the PIN number was missing after scratching off the back. Went into Sephora to use the gift card, but the card was empty. Went to Kroger again to speak to customer service and they stated they’re not responsible once gift cards leave the store. They told me I had to contact Sephora, but they are also not responsible since the gift card is sold as “third party” and this is a scam that is becoming more common. Sephora did tell me the balance that was loaded on the gift card was used in Canada a few days after I had purchased from Kroger. This ordeal has been reported to the Federal Trade Commission (as recommended by Sephora) and disputed through the credit card company since Kroger says they aren’t liable for the scam taking place in their store.
