I tried to call them to inquire about employment at their facility. Don't know who a talked to but the were very rude hung up as soon as I asked to talk to a manager for information. What a very unprofessional way to handle your business. Probably better off not working for a unprofessional.

A surprise flat had me stuck on the side of the road in the rain and cold with all three of my kids. I called J&J at 10:30pm and got an answer right away. Within 30 mins we had a plan in place, the tire changed and we were back on the road on our way home. We were lucky that J&J was available and such a help to us in a moment of need. In addition to the speediness— it was clear that Joe does his job with the mission of being helpful and making sure his customers aren’t left stranded. ? would recommend for anyone needing assistance with roadside.

I'm pretty sure the guys name was Joe, that's what his shirt said anyway. He was very prompt, he said he'd be here at 1pm to buy the junk car I had and he was here at EXACTLY 1pm. He was gone with the car 11 minutes later. Awesome company, 10/10 will definitely use in the future.Service: Car towing

They were very fast, and price was good. They arrived less than 20 minutes after I called, and it was $100 to tow a sedan using a flatbed for about 4 miles, which was cheaper than other quotes I received from other companies. Hookup was also very fast. Car arrived safely.Service: Car towing

Called around 10p after my tire blew. They were quick and reasonably priced. Thankfully he was able to switch out my tire with the spare. Only took 15mins from the time I called to when I was back in the road!Service: Tire change

Worst experience I’ve had in my Entire life going to pick my car up in the parking lot and couldn’t even find it took him 12 hours to go 1 mile Started at 2 o’clock in the afternoon and finally got my car at 2 o’clock in the morning and the driver had an attitude out of this world with me I had insurance to pay for this and they said that they didn’t get the money and I had to pay for it and here I called my insurance company and they already paid for it I’m here now I’m out 160 bucks really good people don’t waste your time well thank youService: Car towing
