I'd like to commend this small car dealership for their exceptional service during a particularly stressful time for me. Following an unexpected car accident that left me needing a new vehicle urgently, I found myself reluctantly thrust into the car-buying process.
Despite encountering some negative reviews, I decided to give this dealership a chance, and I'm grateful that I did. From the outset, they demonstrated a commitment to providing a hassle-free experience. I appreciated the absence of pressure as I navigated their selection of vehicles, allowing me the time and space to make a decision on my own terms.
In particular, I must commend my sales representative, Solomon, for his professionalism and attentiveness throughout the process. Despite my initial hesitation, Solomon put me at ease with his honest approach and dedication to understanding my specific needs and concerns. His guidance and expertise were invaluable as I navigated this unfamiliar terrain.

They were great to work with pre-sales. that’s about it. the car had the check engine light come on within 50 miles, and I took it to the bmw dealership. the car had numerous issues including a bad oil leak, bad mass airflow sensor, thrush bearings, and a peeling belt. overall damages were $5k+ for a $10k car. I didn’t get the extended warranty because I negotiated $250 off the asking price. the previous oil leak was clearly patched up with glue and rubber/silicone. they told me there were 16 warning lights triggered 500 miles before I was sold the car. I only drove to ohio because I wanted to save up front money, but boy am I in the wrong. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GO TO A NORMAL DEALER. If you have to go here, DONT NEGOTIATE PRICE. AT LEAST GET THE WARRANTY AND HAVE IT LOOKED AT BY A MECHANIC.

UPDATE: “after leaving this review last night after we left, this morning, my husband got a phone call from one of the salesman Solomon asking my husband to go over the review that his wife left, that Solomon wanted me to change it because he said some of it was fabricated. It absolutely was not fabricated at all to my belief. The fact that they call and try to tell us how to leave a review for their business shows exactly what kind of business they are running!
Also, I would like to add that while me and my husband were squatted down, trying to read what the word on the side of the truck was. It was Solomon the salesman who said oh, I know what it says! He told us then we saw it. So don’t try to tell us anything was fabricated.”

“Drove over 2 hours to see a truck that we were told was good. They said there were some scratches on the one side but it wasn’t bad. We get there and it says “homo” scratched into the truck! Totally lied to us saying the scratches weren’t bad. Under the hood was all duck taped up and the bottom of the truck was rusting through, which we wouldn’t have know if I hadn’t crawled under there. Don’t even bother. The inside of the office had holes in the ceiling and cut out holes in the laminate that showed carpet. The “showroom” was so dusty to”
