Really nicely ran junkyard. I like having the part ready to pick up as soon as I get there. Call ahead and I usually pay in cash but you can pay over the phone and have the part waiting for you when you get there..

I cannot be more happy with the service and friendliness of Duke and Bree. It was my first time there and they were super helpful. Duke pulls the parts for you and the prices are amazing. He even helped me put the door in in the parking lot and took my old one. When I had some questions about hooking up the wires for the power mirror and door speaker he was more than happy to show me how to do it. I’m very likely to return in the future and I highly reccomend Houcks.

I work in an auto repair shop and I use several parts places daily. I generally stick to the same places, especially when it comes to getting a used part. I tried Houck's for the first time last week and they totally exceeded my expectations. The girl who sold me the part brought it 55 min to me the very next morning because the customer needed it done asap. Then when the customer didn't show, they worked with me on the return. When I realized how far it was and that there was no way I could be out of the office long enough to drive it back, they worked with me on returning it via shipping. They were pleasant to talk to, polite, and friendly. They are now on my list of "go -to" parts places. I will definitely use them again anytime that I can!

Very helpful and took time to really look to see if what i needed they did or didnt have most used parts stores just tell you no i dont have that and send you down the road !!!!
