“Stephanie, we cannot thank you enough for helping us get set up with our wedding holds!!! We all had a fabulous time with the hotel. It was great location to hop around to some local spots for our wedding after parties. Thank you!”

“This place isn’t so great but made it to where I kept my unit crispy clear and clean untouchable while others are nasty… prices is too high and ridiculous for this kind of suites and it’s an emergency stay better than shelters and homelessz”

“Two night stay for mini vacation. Hotel location and cleanliness was excellent rooms were large and beds were comfy. Bad part was our family picked this because of the location, breakfast and pool. The pool was freezing and breakfast was horrible. We wanted a nice breakfast so we could spend more time doing things and didn't have to eat lunch but the breakfast was mainly grab and go and it didn't taste good at all that we threw it away and didn't go back the next morning. If you want a nice nice clean room and nothing else, this is the one to pick. For us we wanted more and will pick something else the next stay unless breakfast is different like their pictures show. Would recommend mexican restaurant next door. They made us drinks to go and food was awesome!

Rooms: Large and comfy”

“We went with the option of two bedrooms for a lacrosse tournament weekend and glad we did. The room was spacious and the bedrooms were very nice. Breakfast was very good and had different options. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean, it was very close to restaurants, gas stations and other stores like Target, as well as where the tournament was being held.”

“I recently stayed at a hotel in a nice area with a great spacious room. The breakfast provided was good and the fact that parking was free was a definite bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience very pleasant. I also appreciated that the hotel was kids friendly, making it a great option for families. All in all, the value for money was well worth it. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.”

“This hotel was a great stay. There are alot of resturant options close to the hotel, with activities to do as well. Also the hotel staff was wonderful. Brian @ the front desk went out of his way multiple times to make us feel welcomed. Conference room for our meeting was awesome, food made for us daily for lunch by Paul was great! Highly recommend!!”

“This hotel and its Staff were just super, all around, everything they did was for the Guests first, then the Business.
Great kickoff each day with the Breakfast selections (not all can say that!) and their 24/7 coffee is actually really good, any time.
I was stranded in the area for over a week and a half, with a breakdown, and this place couldn't have been better for me. Add the indoor pool, with a nice private patio, and good folks like James & Manager Kristen (who went the extra miles for me) and you've got a winner, staying here!

Rooms: The only reason Rooms got a 4-Star was simple-
Like so many operations these days, limiting funds for Maintenance and Staffing (read: Cut labor to the bone to maximize profits) results in no manhours available to take care of the little details needing attention, in the rooms and facilities. (Furniture, walls, floors, & paint, dings, scratches, general care, etc.)
All, things never taught young people, how to care...”

“The check in experience was nice the staff was nice for our first time at this hotel the room was nice the bed was comfortable nothing was filthy apart from some spots in the shower where the caulk is which doesn't bother me the wifi worked fine didn't have any issue the only issues we had was with the TV after 1030 where the cable just cut out and no channels worked so we ended up watching YouTube on the TV didn't find anything wrong with the kitchenette all the dishes were clean nothing was broke the stove top was crusted because someone couldn't cook on it previously. All in all a nice place to stay aslong as you can deal with kids stomping around above you its not badFood & drinks: Complimentary morning breakfast. Food kiosk in lobby”

“Read full review, especially if you're traveling as a family - Ok, seriously, this is one of the better hotels I've stayed at - the entire staff is fantastic, they were prompt with everything and the housekeepers went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. The pool area is also well maintained and the rooms themselves are extremely clean and spacious. We also loved the breakfast, however I don't believe it is complimentary (we were able to secure it as part of a room block) but if you spring for it you won't be disappointed. My only issue I had with this hotel was, believe it or not, the toilets. We stayed three nights for a baseball tournament and we had multiple issues with the toilets clogging, even with just toilet paper. The first morning my son used the bathroom in our room and it ended up clogged and while we were waiting for a plunger, I took my daughter downstairs to use the lobby bathroom and that one was already clogged up before we had a chance to use it. Luckily the housekeepers had opened up all the vacant rooms on our floor so we popped in one of those as we had an emergency at this point before heading back to our room to have a family discussion about the situation. Our new rule the rest of the stay was it was one flush per wipe, lol! Once we figure that out it was great. I would absolutely stay again in light of the toilets.

Adding in an edit: My only other suggestion would be to add another washer & dryer for guest use. We needed to wash uniforms for our boys to play in (temperatures during our stay was in the 90's with high humidity so it was absolutely necessary for a group of teenage boys) and I had to wait until 2am to finally get to the washer without a line. We got it done but there were so many other baseball teams there plus other sports tournaments it would be extremely beneficial seeing as those were the guests trying to use it the most.

Rooms: Our room had a king sized bed with a pull out couch that my daughters thought was super comfortable. We had five with us so the beds only slept for but we brought an air mattress for the fifth sleeper. The room was well kept and the housekeeper, Dilya, was the sweetest!

Nearby activities: Minutes away from Top Golf, bowling & entertainment centers as well as a movie theater.

Walkability: Lots of sidewalks nearby”

“First experience at Blu. It's a Choice hotel brand, so get your points as a privilege member. Overall, good experience. Super fast check-in, which is one thing I prioritize. Great location with plenty of shopping, eating, and experiences. My king room was probably considered a suite and was huge. Nice mini fridge, microwave, bar area. Bed was comfy, but the 4 pillows were miniature sized. It seems to be an older building with lots of fresh paint and the decor, in my opinion, is outdated. All said, I would stay y here again but would look at my other options also. For those who care, outdoor pool only, no spa.Nearby activities: Close to dining, shopping, and entertainment.”

“Rooms are ok but clean, comfortable bed and friendly desk staff. Late night check in was open and face to face, rather than through glass like a prison visit. Would definitely stay again and recommend.”

“The beginning of our stay was a little rocky with reservation mix ups but the staff was apologetic enough. There is an issue with the key cards at this hotel. Needs to be addressed by management. The front desk staff needs some training.

The highlight of our stay was the bartender, Theresa. She showed us nothing short of excellent service. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience to make up for our troubles when she didn't even cause them. I greatly appreciate her and the kitchen staff being so accommodating.”

“We loved this place. We had studio king room and it was very clean. I loved the bright rooms with blue and yellow paint. It's kind of secluded in an industrial area, but I never felt unsafe. Restaurants are about a 5 -10 minute drive and downtown Cincinnati was a 25 minute drive. The pool and courtyard area were beautiful! We will definitely be back when we visit Cincinnati again. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay!Rooms: Bright and cleanSafety: I felt very safe.Food & drinks: We did not eat breakfast here, but food is about a 5 minute drive.”

“The hotel is an older one and worn, but I was on the 3rd floor King bed and it was very quiet and I felt relaxed. The air conditioner was definitely doing its job because the room was very cold, but after adjusting the temperature, it was cozy. The bathroom was huge and clean, and the shower was hot with decent water pressure. The bed wasn't the worst, but it was not the best for complete comfort (this is a value hotel), and I was wishing I had grabbed my personal pillow due to the deflated ones on the bed lol. The staff (night shift clerk and day shift) were exceptionally kind and friendly! Both gentlemen are the highlight of my stay, and I would definitely recommend this for a quick overnight, comfortable stay for the money.

Noteworthy details: Safe affordable for a solo female traveler with very friendly staff.”

“Sweety was a bright positive energy as soon as you walk in. Her energy made the place worth it for me. This place is in process of remodeling. I can't wait to visit once all the constructions are finished. I gave the rooms 2 stars because the door was hard to close and the bathroom wasn't fully organized. But other than that my stay was good. Sweety was definitely the cherry on top.”
