Anne and Henry are the nicest people I have ever met and the quality of service is phenomenal. The friendship, the professionalism is outstanding. They have been doing my nails for many many years. I will not go anywhere else.. these people, this place Hi Tek Nails are awesome professional people I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I will never ever go back to that shitty f****** nail salon they're f****** horrible the service is horrible the workers are horrible everything about them is f****** horrible they can't even do f****** nails my nails keep popping off even after I've came there twice my rhinestones keep popping off like it is just f****** ridiculous I will never ever go back there ever again and I mean that s*** anna & henry are trash as f*** they know nothing about nails don't know how to do nails and have poor customer service just know they aren't willing to fix your nails for free so if your nails come off within a short time span or your rhinestones come off expect to have to pay more to get it fixed. I could honestly go on and on about this shitty a** place and how unprofessional inadequate and how horrible this nail shop is but honestly I hope they get shut down they suck they can't even shape nails right, my sister got her nails done and One of her thumbs were literally thick as f*** and the other one was thin don't recommend this place at all please do not go, save yourself and your pockets

I decided to get French tips. The nail technician over drilled my nails, and caught my skin on each finger. The majority of them started bleeding. I now have a couple of infected and sore fingers. The nails are pretty, but not worth the infection.

Worst experience ever! The guy is very rude. My fingers are so sore, he cut them and the nail polish look really bad. Don’t go there to do your nails with the guy!

Would not recommend to anyone they grounded my nails down to nothing I kept asking for a hardening over lay they kept telling me that's what they were doing I was so upset so I went back the next day to allow them to fix it but instead as the unprofessional shop owners they are they wanted to argue I said why can't we come to an agreement that everyone can live with I just want my nails fixed they then say they will fix it but I would have to pay them again I am truly upset I have never had such bad service at a nail salon I will be calling the BBB and the city this is unexceptable. IF YOU NEED YOUR NAILS DONE SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR NAILS GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
