Robert went & found us help, when my wife & I needed it desperately. We bought a unit online, & when we came with the biggest Uhaul, we were caught off guard with some tables that weighed more than her, me, & someone else put together. Thanks again Robert, props & 5 stars. Val Wyatt

I was looking for a decent storage facility that was centrally located and easily accessible when I found Life Storage. It’s reasonably priced and I feel safe especially because of its location. The best part about this place is the fact that all of my questions were answered in a polite and friendly manner which definitely showed me that Rob was genuinely interested in making sure that all of my needs were addressed and met. I will recommend Life Storage to anyone who is looking for a place for storing their possessions. The staff member that assisted me, was (Rob) and I would like to say Thank you ever so much for your help! Life Storage located on Crookshank Rd. Western Hills Cincinnati Ohio.

Great experience with Robert and the Life Storage team. From the internet call to set up the initial storage to managing the drop off, Robert was a Godsend.
We needed to park two moving trailers overnight and Robert accommodated even that!
Highly recommended.

I’ve looked into different storages and was very pleased with the decision I made. Life storage has easy access and is very clean. They have great customer service and the manager Robert was very nice and helpful with getting us moved in. Would definitely recommend this storage facility!

Updating to say that the move-out process was equally as smooth as the move-in. No hidden fees and friendly service!
The bathroom is not the greatest, but really… who cares? It works.
