I've been using this pharmacy for 13 years now and I only have good things to say about them. They are always so kind and I think they actually care about their customers. You won't get that with a big chain pharmacy. I'll never go anywhere else for my prescriptions.

Small town feel, big city luxury. They know my face and use my first name here. My Rx's have been filled here for about 10 years. Healing Springs is Top Tier in the Pharmacy World. They have always met my needs and gone WAY BEYOND. More than a compounding pharmacy, it's also holistic. At Healing Springs you're not treated like a patient, but family.

Since this pharmacy opened, it has been the only place I get my prescriptions filled. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and goes out of their way to know their clients and provide a pleasant experience. It's such a better experience than you can get at a big box pharmacy inside a mass market retailer.

Friendly, caring, professional. Made a simple vaccine process as quick as efficient as possible. Lines could be clearer as they have a pick up and drop off counter and not sure where to go. But still A+ place

I came here for a COVID19 vaccination. I was fortunate that I was able to get an appointment. The facility is relatively new and very clean. They are in the same building as Tri-Health Ross Urgent Care. As soon as I came in the door, a fellow in an office on the right greeted me and asked me to come into his office. He asked me the standard screening questions, had me sign the consent form. Then he told me that it was the J&J vaccine that they had so it was a one and done vaccination,and the he sent me to the waiting area. Dr. Kara called me into the treatment room that they have set up for the injections. She asked which arm I wanted the injection in and did it. Then she set a 15 minute timer and had me sit in the waiting room again until the timer went off. All in all it was a pleasant experience. The staff was professional but also personable and friendly. The facility was clean, quiet, and orderly. And the description of the side effects was accurate because I believe that I experienced all of the non-fatal ones. But that is not the fault of the pharmacy.

Seriously cannot thank the staff enough. They have saved me nearly $1000 in two months. They were aware of a "free manufacturer trial" for a new script. Come time for refill, they notified me of a coupon card, again from the manufacture.I'll continue to use Healing Springs, no doubt. Definitely recommend to others.

I have never experienced such an amazing staff from a Pharmacy. They truly care about their Customers unlike chain pharmacies. They cater to your specific needs and are so friendly. I highly recommend this Pharmacy for anyone and specifically those who are sick of dealing with chain pharmacies and the way they treat you. 5+ stars!
