Make sure you throughly look over anything you buy here. Nothing worse than purchasing a bike & having to turn around and spend $1600 for it to be safe to ride. I'm just grateful I saw the issue and caught it before my husband got hurt.
Yes, we had it 7 weeks before you received a call. 2 weeks waiting for an appt to see what needed to be done then it was in the shop being inspected for 2 weeks. So 4 weeks with shop hold up. He wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt before calling with concerns so he waited to hear from the shop. More less wanted you aware of the issue in hopes you don't do this to another person. Even the shop said what a bad deal this was and there was no way you weren't aware of it.

Before driving 5 hours to purchase a motorcycle I called with a couple questions. Jim was upfront about the condition of the motorcycle and kind of made it sound worse than it was. When I arrived the staff was super helpful and friendly. The motorcycle did not have a key fob so they told me that they would cover the expense of making it right. It took me almost a month to get to the dealer ship but they held true to their word. I appreciate the honesty when I called and them keeping a verbal promise a month after it was made.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Jim and the team at Grey Horse. The process was easy, especially as I am out of state. I couldn't be happier with the SUV. Great price! The MB GL 350 Bluetech was as described and I appreciate the warranty also!

Hopefully this doesn't happen to often with these guys but when your paying upwards of 20k for a vehicle you would think they would spend the time to look over the vehicle and replace parts that need to need to be. Maybe actually notice the tail pipe of a vehicle was covered up and blocked from factory. 3 days in and I'm already buying $800 in parts that could of been covered by the warranty when they owned it. Not very trust worthy if you ask me and over priced for stupid reasons.

Bought a lifted Jeep from these guys I thought was a great deal. It test drove well and so I made the purchase. First day home with it and the engine overheated so bad it was launching smoke and fumes several feet from the hood and I thought the engine had actually caught fire. Luckily the repair was covered by the 90 day warranty or I would have taken a total loss. Within 6 months the Jeep went through 2 radiator replacements and several other costly repairs that sunk me into a black hole of debt that I'm still working to get out of. I spent almost 2 years dumping thousands into this nightmare of a vehicle to keep it running. Every mechanic in town told me that the lift kit was done wrong and needed to be replaced (thousands more). I'm not pointing fingers but at the time of purchase Grey Horse told me they had a spare set of keys for the Jeep and they never produced them. The vehicle was officially stolen May 2023, clean get away, no forced entry. Worst deal of my life. Words cannot express the grief I have been through over this Jeep. I don't care how many people think they got a good deal from this place, me and my family have suffered tremendously over that deal. I have told everyone in this town what happened to me I don't care who is to blame people need to know

Bought my Toyota here a few years ago, they did me right by putting tires on the front that it needed and detailing it before I picked it up. Little Camry is still going strong, definitely will do business with them again.

Grey Horse Motors was 2 1/2 hours away from me. Well worth the drive!! It was an absolute pleasure doing business with the owner Jim. He has a nice selection of well maintained and affordable vehicles. Easy in-house financing. The 2013 Toyota Avalon I purchased was as described both online and over the phone. I have had bad experiences car shopping online. Expecting a nice car only to be disappointed b/c the pics where photoshopped and/or I had been lied too. This car didn’t disappoint. It was better than expected. Jim is an honest and reliable seller. I highly recommend him for your next used car purchase!!
