Rob is the best trainer In Cincinnati. Whether you want to train to be a runner, body builder, weightlifter or for general health. He will motivate you, encourage you, and most importantly will pace you to accomplish your goals. I have trained with Rob for 5 years, in that time I have become the healthiest I have ever been in my life and the strongest. At 51 I view exercise as beyond important, it is a quality of life issue. I wish I would have started sooner. You will love training with Rob and he will help you achieve whatever goals you desire. Get on his calendar It will change your life.
