Went in to use the notary service. The lady was giving me a hard time about leaving the buyers name blank saying “we don’t do that, I don’t know anyone who does that” the kicker? I went 12 month earlier to the same location and THE SAME LADY did it for me on the same title lmao her name , signature and stamp were all there.
Crappy attitude too. You put in your resume and signed the I-9 forms. No one is forcing you to work there.

I've been shipping craft beer for 20 years now and this old crazy lady literally cut my package open and inspected my goods and denied me service. Will never use FedEx for anything and will not buy from anyone that uses them to ship.

Do not go to this location. The woman that works here is the rudest individual I have ever experienced in customer service. Yelled at maintenance people for doing their job during store hours in front of a store full of customers. She needs to find another job that doesn’t involve working with people.

Every single time I go in there the lady is so rude! I bring in my packages already taped shut because I have a code typically and she always wants to know what's in the packages! It's none of her business what's in the package! I take packages already sealed to all other FedEx's and I have zero problem and they don't ask any questions so why does she? If I have a package and a code to where the package is supposed to go then why do you get mad when the package is already sealed and why do you feel the need to ask what's exactly in the package? She needs to go. She has zero people skills

The lady that runs this store is a headache to put it nicely. Every time I come here, she is so rude. She didn’t like the box. I was shipping my product in and wouldn’t accept it. Never coming to this location again..

Cheryl was very unprofessional and displayed the worse customer service I have ever experienced at a FedEx location. She was rude and unhelpful.
It was only the two of us in the store and I had several boxes to ship and she just started my first package when a guy walked in with an envelope. I said he should go in front of me and Cheryl said she would have to re enter my business account information and he would have to wait a long time. He ended up leaving because she wouldn’t help him. Then a few minutes later a woman walked in and she stopped and helped her on another computer then came back to me and had to re enter my business account.
She charged me $34 for two boxes saying my original boxes were retail boxes and she couldn’t ship them, which was not true. They were shipping boxes.
I will not go to this location if she’s working there, she’s rude. Save yourself the headache and use a different location.

They are always incredibly nice and so helpful every time I go in. I was shocked to know I’ve been overpaying at UPS for years and the kind clerk helped walk me through everything. The last five or six times I’ve been there they have all been great.

I took in a box that had two small tears to the outside paper and not the below layers and she refused to take it. The manager sucks. I am going to try to call FedEx they should not have this lady working there. If she owns the franchise, she should not have it. I have run into this so many times with this lady I am sick and tired of it. I will never go here again. It was so minute I took my box elsewhere and they were happy to accept it.

Extremely disrespectful recruitment practices! I applied well over 2 months ago I don’t need this job anymore now. I sent in an application January 1st and they’re just now getting back - disgusted!!!

Seems like I'm not the only one with a bad taste in there mouth about this place. Getting named dropped for horrible service, You think you would want to fix it and make a better experience for others. I guess not?Time to find another place for shipping needs! They say first impressions are lasting impressions, yeah thanks but no thanks Cheryl. If there was a no star and thumbs down I'd give it all day. Have a great day.

Brought in a return item shipped to me by Fed Ex with old lable still on it. They refused to ship in the same box. Told I needed to buy a shipping box for $25. Utterly ridiculous and not first time at this location. Prepare to be disappointed with this location.
