Great place, great people with really really good prices!! Always try to get my washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator here!! They deliver, and set up sometimes, but always have a really great selection to choose from!! Always send people I know down to them on the corner of Rt. 4 & Hensley, next to The Tattoo Club an across from NAPA Autoparts store. Go see them for any of your washer, dryer, stove or refrigerator needs, your won't be disappointed, promise!!

Great people that are always willing to help. The building itself is a bit disorganized and dirty, but the customer service is unbeatable. Very knowledgeable and always willing to help even the DIY customers.

Kenneth went out of his way to find the part i needed. Have used them for various things for going on 20 years. Don't buy online or anywhere else without checking with the folks at Erie Hardware first!

With seeing the bad reviews I’m kinda shocked. Since moving to Ohio I’ve purchased a fridge, stove, and dryer. Yes they are used but they’ve lasted me for years. And today going back to look for a washer, I’ve even referred friends because never have I walked in to grumps or had a bad experience with the products or souls operating the shop. Perfect place when on a tight budget.

This is a side show back yard Billy Bob's you get what you pay for used appliance store. I know I said used but you think people would have some morals. They sold my pregnant daughter a refrigerator that only worked 4 about 2 months quite expensive I may and when it broke down of course they wanted a lot more money to fix it. When I went over there I tried to reason with them and ask them if they would take the old one back and give us some money towards another one and they also refuse to do that. Surprised how places like this are in business but they are. So I just took my daughter and bought her a new one.

Literally just bought a dryer from these guys for $250 and has not worked from day one. First it would not heat up. They came out and "serviced" it, now it won't tumble. Might as well be putting clothes in a microwave. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't waste your money with this business

These are decent people to buy from. Bought a very nice used washing machine. Delivered and removed the old one the next day for a fee of only $50.00.
