My grandson has gone there for just a lil over 2 yrs! He trains with Heather at Imhoff boxing and has made HUGE strides since he first started. We are so proud of Jordan and we owe a HUGE thank u to Mike, Heather and everyone else associated with Imhoff Boxing that has made this well worth while! ?

Elite is a small building with training equipment for athletes ranging from a timer for runs, weights, bikes, wright-lifting machines, and boxing rings and materials. The coaches at Elite are very positive and upbeat with the student athletes about their progress and work different portions of the body after each session. The boxing aspect appears to be Imoff Boxing, hd by a different person. There are vending machines, restrooms and it is air-conditioned. They do not keep record for each specific athlete, so you may want to bring a recording book to keep your in progress.

After almost 2 months we have seen a huge improvement since our daughter started attending the speed and agility sessions. Her volleyball skills have improved a ton. Money well spent!

Went to the FGW wrestling show. It was a lot of fun and up close to the action! Reasonable ticket prices. Great experience!??

Amazing place. So much to offer for and athlete of any sport. They have great program offerings. You can schedule times and classes for your teams/individual. Plus JAG sporting goods right inside as you walk in with all your sports equipment. If it's not in store changes are he can order it for you.

My son Kyle started attending the CAP program in the beginning of November. He looks forward to his weekly class and all of the coaches at Elite have been great. My son plays football and loves wrestling. These classes have helped Kyle with his strength and endurance during tournaments this winter. This weekend he placed 3rd in a tough wrestling tournament and has an opportunity to wrestle in a state tournament. Having added this class to his weekly practice schedule has allowed him to make gains and set goals for himself. Thank you Elite!
