My grandson has gone there for just a lil over 2 yrs! He trains with Heather at Imhoff boxing and has made HUGE strides since he first started. We are so proud of Jordan and we owe a HUGE thank u to Mike, Heather and everyone else associated with Imhoff Boxing that has made this well worth while! ?

My son absolutely loves ELITE! Since he's started his agility and weight lifting he's been more open to doing new things and has more confidence in himself! Tha k you ELITE!

About ELITE Performance & Wellness
We are a fitness facility looking to offer something for the whole family. We have speed, agility, and strength training for athletes as well as ninja warrior for younger kids. We also have batting cages and a basketball court for specific practice use. Some other offerings within our walls are boxing, dance fitness, wrestling entertainment, and a sporting goods store.
