Towed my car from my apartment complex without notice… normally you’d see a green sticker on the window as a warning there was NOTHING on my car… expired tags was the reason … they towed my car 25+ miles away from my house … when I called and asked about not receiving a notice or sticker I was told that in the stat of ohio they didn’t need to give me a warning for expired tags… I respect a decent business but this specific business is not trustworthy… any 5 star reviews has to be from someone who works for the company or related to someone who works for the company

I would leave 0 stars if I could, i was in a car accident and was driving a rental car to go home for Thanksgiving, I stopped at my place to pack up my stuff and was towed after being there for less than an hour. I couldn't get my parking pass because it's in my crashed car and the leasing office hadn't opened yet
