The Staff was very friendly and patient. Wonderful selection of vapes and also a variety of CBD thc-0 delta 9, and of course tobacco products. Highly recommend.

Glad to hear most have a great experience here but not the case with me. My elder sister has dementia and very hard of hearing. She went in to buy a carton, came back out, got in the car and said "these don't look like the brand i smoke. Reminded her of what she smokes/buys and sent her back in to do a simple exchange. She was in there so long i got worried and went in. Turns out they didn't have her brand but girl behind counter trying to sell her a different kind. I intervened and told my easily confused sister not to worry, we'd go to a store that had hers. My sister asked the girl to void the receipt and the girl refused stating "we can't take back cigarettes" such a LIE as my sis had just bought them!Am sure she noticed my sister's age and confusion but she would not budge. The carton the lady talked her into wasn't even menthol which is what my sister smokes. Shame b/c she buys a carton once a week and this place would have had a steady customer in her as it's close to her new house. We'll never go there again and will share this experience with other friends and family. Shame on them!!! I will say i think they are new owners as i've shopped here before and it was fine then but..no more
