Stay away from this place, they’re here only to steal your hard earned money. I exchanged my soccer cleats and ordered only since they didn’t had on store. It took them 3 persons and 1 hour to exchange/order. Ew cleats online. They told me I will get my cleats in 2 Days. Someone it got canceled and I didn’t got any information about it, I called customer service trying to figure out why I didn’t got cleats and they told me they had to cancel it. When I ask for refund they told me it has to be gift card.. that’s so messed up. Stay away from them!!

Online showed product in stock. Went to store and was told not in stock. Wasted trip, will purchase product elsewhere. Poor inventory control.

I tried buying roller blades as a Christmas gift. Only to find out there is a 30 return policy. Even if they are just to be exchanged for a different size. Be aware if you buy something on November 21st and it doesn't fit on December 25th you are stuck with product you cannot use. Very disappointing.

If you know what your looking for then it’s a good place. If you need some assistance the staff pushes you off to other departments or to their little tablet kiosk.

If I could give a negative statement I would. 2 of your employees were very rude when I came in with my husband and 5 children. One of my kids asked if they could have a prime drink so I took it out of the fridge and read it over made sure it was the hydration drink and not the energy drink so I said that they could have them. One female employee said "that's an energy drink" I proceeded to tell her it's a hydration drink and walked to the register. Then the employee Sydney said "they are going to be really hyper off all that caffeine." (In a rude tone) So I told her that it was a hydration drink and paid for the drinks. That was very unprofessional of her and degrading of her. I think I know what is beat for my kids especially when it says 100% coconut water and no caffeine on the bottle. Maybe yall should have your employees know what the product is before they give out unwanted advice to people.

Review is more for the salesperson - Zion. Any more sales staff are on their phones, wearing an earbud, or otherwise distracted during the transaction. Zion was super friendly and provided the right amount of small talk and eye contact. He was great - and I'm guessing was a high school kid who will definitely be going places.
