First time going in there. Tech I think, maybe it was the pharmacist, Jenna, was rude to an elderly lady ahead of me because the medicine jumped $95 and she was surprised and instead of checking or giving her a thoughtful explanation, said “sorry it’s a new year”. Then my medicine is refrigerated, and turns out the fridge is on “quarantine” because it’s not regulating temps correctly. That is out of their control, but they could have maybe called impacted patients to let them know and offered to transfer or let them or given them an expected fix time before they showed up to pick meds up. Mostly though, the shortness to the elderly woman in front of me really bothered me. Don’t get me wrong they were short and unhelpful to me, and said we might know later today, I said nah- I’ll have it transferred and I did. No thanks basic customer service is dead here.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Here to pick up and deliver a script and I have to wait ten minutes because too good to wait on customers

Most horrible pharmacy ever and the staff have bad attitudes! Asked for a refill on my son’s prescription 3 weeks ago. Kept getting texts it was on order. Today I called to find out what was going on with the asthma medication. I spoke to Jenna who was incredibly rude. She said it was out of stock and it’s been ordered everyday but not coming in. I asked if the one in Fairfield had it in stock. She said no but Harrison does. That’s quite a drive from my house. I said um as I was thinking when I could get over there, she said “lady you need to come on and make a decision because I have a damn line of people and I’m by myself.” I said no need to be so rude. Well she started getting nasty again and said I’m not being rude you either go pick it up there or you don’t get the medication. I hung up on her. I called the store to ask for someone in charge of the pharmacy. I get an Abbey. Well she wasn’t much better! She said I can order it and have it tomorrow. I said ok why was the other girl saying I can’t get it. She said well maybe it is out of stock, oh yeah it is. Harrison has one. Okay I need 3 for a 90 day supply. Yeah yeah was her response. She couldn’t help me either. My son is without asthma medication that helps him to breathe for almost 3 weeks now! They are so rude and obviously hate their jobs so stay away!

It was good, wish they had prices on all items, some are not marked or no shelf tags, other wise I found good sale items.

Pharmacist is very unprofessional!! She got mad because I used the automated system and tried to refuse to fill my insulin refill.

I would never recommend this location. The pharmacist is very unprofessional! She is very disrespectful to customers and staff.

The absolute worst place to get a prescription filled. We switched to this pharmacy because our previous pharmacy didn’t take our new insurance. We are not hard to please, hand us out medicines and answer any questions we may have and we’re happy. This is not what you get at this CVS. The male pharmacist there couldn’t be any more dry and unpersonable. The girls that work in the pharmacy seem fine but he is the pharmacist and he acts like he’s doing you a favor to even be there. This evening, my daughter had an antibiotic called in there at 7:00 PM. We arrived to pick it up at 7:25. We asked, is this the prescription that was just called in? The response was yes. We get home to discover what they gave us was a cream for her worts. It was an auto refill. They close at 8:00 and by the time we discovered THEIR mistake, they were closed. Because it was called in, we couldn’t even go elsewhere to have it filled. This is the last straw, I will be transferring all my family’s prescriptions immediately.

I was looking for a threader floss for my teeth. As usual the items was in stock and easy to find. The staff at the Ross CVS was very friendly and helpful.

pharmacist is terrible at their job. gave 2 sets of same meds rather than the 2 different ones in the order. very dangerous. they should be fired. also, the closing time is ridiculous. how do you expect anyone who has a job to make the time to stop by when your hours dont even nearly match up to what they say on here.

Worst experience in transferring a prescription. I get there and had to wait ten minutes for two people to help a family of four with their flu shots...no big deal, but then as I get up to the counter to pick up the prescriptions, I show a GoodRX coupon and apparently they have to start everything over? So, I was moved to another register because the pharmacist didn’t want to bother with helping me, and got the coupon put in, but apparently the lady couldn’t help me check out because she wasn’t the pharmacist.... So, I had to wait, again, for the pharmacist finish giving the flu shots, and she came over to do who knows what with the prescriptions and the other lady rang out the family of four!! I had enough. I moved them back to the original pharmacy, even if it is a bit more expensive and out of the way, just so I don’t have to deal with a pharmacist and assistant that have no idea what they are doing or how to organize their time properly.

Rude manager, Rude Employees . Overpriced items , Under the illusion you save but you spend more . Expired items everywhere and their was a big box of candy that was soft liqiud feel and smelled like laundry detergent, Straight drench in it and they did nothing about it . Save your money shop somewhere else like the family dollar down the street, better people .
