Took almost 3 hours for pharmacy to fill a time sensitive prescription for a sick child. Severely understaffed for a 24 hour pharmacy. Apparently they do not prioritize medical need when filling orders. When they get overwhelmed with prescriptions they stop answering the phones. If you don't have a need specifically for a 24 hour fill, go elsewhere.

That's pharmacy is the worst place I've ever went to. Don't answer the phone they lied to people. And make people wait on their Medication days days when it's supposed to be failed. I don't recommend a dog. They even go to this place.

Always great service! Most recently, Jessica was exceptionally helpful in pharmacy. The store is well kept and what you'd expect out of a CVS.

Not sure of her name, but she intentionally ignored me when I arrived. I cleared my throat a few times to get some attention. Then they all laughed at me for doing so. Then when everyone realized I was actually working for Roadie to pick up a prescription to deliverattitudes changed. However, the initial woman did not feel she was wrong, even after she deliberately tried to skip me.

Worst pharmacy experience I've encountered. Medication is on a national shortage, okay that's understandable. I've heard 3 different things from this pharmacy, all contradicting each other. CVS refuses to transfer a prescription for a CS even though the DEA has authorized it for patients in my exact situation. On Sunday I was told another CVS pharmacy had it in stock, but GL contacting my provider to switch it since CVS doesn't follow DEA guidance and transfer it electronically at my request. 3 days later, I'm told they can't give out information on stock regarding controlled substances(ADHD meds) even though the actual pharmacist did so 72 hours prior. So now that I contacted my Dr and they are on board to send it to another location, I don't know which locations have it in stock. On top of that, this location closes their counter inside causing massive traffic in the drive thru line and routine waits of 30+ minutes. DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!!

My bf has an asthma attack and this pharmacy doesn't have ANY inhalers. This is the second time they've told me they've run out. MAYBE YOU SHOULD ORDER MORE. IT'S MEDICINE AND THIS IS AMERICA.

I can't tell you how many times I have received a notification that I have a prescription ready for pickup,and when I go to pick up my prescription I am informed that it will not be ready for at least 20 to 30 minutes, could I come back later? I go back the next day & I am informed that it is not quite ready yet,can you come back in 20 to 30 minutes?I have called this pharmacy 3 times in the last 2 days & have been on hold for 20 minutes on all 3 occasions & have given up. Poorest customer service that I have ever received from any business that I have ever dealt with.Now I can confirm why many of my friends have moved their prescriptions from CVS to either Kroger or Walgreens

Sat on hold for an hour tonight. Other people have jobs and work hard too. I’m pretty sure they still answer the phone for customers when they are at work. Every time I walk in no one is on the phone and it just rings and no one pays attention to it. You aren’t too busy to pick up the phone and answer a question that takes 2 seconds to answer. Trust me I do it all day. Get it together. And get some people skills while you’re at it. You work in customer service. Act like it.

**THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE PHARMACY DIVISION ONLY **ONLY GIVING A STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T POST WITH ZERO.The most incompetent, rude, worthless excuse for professionals I've ever dealt with. Tried to call them for 2 days straight and sat on hold for hours at different points. Called the front of the store on day 2 for them to send a message back that I needed to contact the pharmacy. Finally a female tech calls me back and proceeds to (in a rude tone) tell me that my problem could of been solved through the app and in so many words said I was wasting their time and it's people like me who make their job difficult. To top it all off she didn't even fix my problem and there's no way I will ever get ahold of them again. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST RUN IN I'VE HAD WITH THEM BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST. I REFUSE TO EVER HAVE ANYTHING FILLED THERE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME.

CVS seems to go out of their way to provide really horrific service. They don’t answer their phones, but they’ll leave you on hold. They text that scripts are ready when they aren’t. I tried to make a vaccine appt. The website says that you can’t make an appointment for a Novavax vaccine and that you should walk in. When I took an hour of my day to do that, they told me they don’t take walk ins and said I should make an appointment for another vaccine and then just ask for a Novavax. I have no confidence that they’ll actually honor that so I’m going to just drive 40 minutes to Costco ‘cause it will faster and easier to get what I need there than at the CVS 10 minutes away. The staff could have been nicer about the company’s bad information, but it’s hard to blame them. Their employer’s ruthless penny pinching, understaffing, and inaccurate systems probably make their jobs hell.

I wouldnt even give them a one star. Very rude. They say prescription is ready then you go and they say another 30 min. Not once not twice but three times. Then they lie and say it's a special order. But when I refuse to leave after being there 3 times. They some how had it filled in two minutes. Very rude unprofessional people here. They ought be ashamed hiring people like this

Waited over 15 minutes for someone to answer in the pharmacy. Finally, the phone is answered because you can now hear the background noise of the store. The employee says nothing, no greeting of any kind. I have to say, 'hello??' To which she finally decides to use her words and act like she is so bothered by someone asking a question and is rude in tone and verbiage. She provides her response and immediately hangs up so I couldn't ask another question.
