Linda (front-end cashier) was quite rude. Also, I smelled alcohol on her breath. She got even more rude when I brought it to her attention. I asked if she was diabetic because I smelled alcohol on her breath.
Her coworker (Beth) came up to register and began speaking rude as well. I smelled alcohol on her breath as well, and they both were a bit off balance as they attempted walking.

This pharmacy has it posted it's a 24hr pharmacy but when I went in at 1:25pm to get my inhaler the pharmacists said they was all going to lunch and I couldn't get my inhaler till after they came back from their lunch Which I find rediculose when a person needs their inhaler or medications and it's posted loud and clear "24 hour pharmacy" then you should give them their medications especially if you have enough time to stand there and tell me I can't have my medications and then proceed to lower down a metal curtain and lock it in the time it took the pharmacists to tell me they aren't giving me my inhaler and lowering the curtain and locking up and taking his sweet time on moving as slow as he could almost 10 minutes had passed I will be changing my pharmacy and never going back to CVS

I went to the store at 8:15pm to a “24 hr” pharmacy that was closing at 9pm. I had just left the emergency room with my son who was in extreme pain and needed antibiotics for an abscess,I told the pharmacist that I had just left the emergency room and he cut me off and said Im not able to fill that now,I said to him my son is in the car in pain and needs this antibiotics and he says “well I don’t know what to tell you” but I can’t fill that right now. Rude rude rude he was! CVS has gone down hill! . This pharmacist had no sympathy what so ever! CVS needs to get there s$&@ together when it comes to customer care and staffing issues, there inability to make sure a pharmacy is running at a100% is unacceptable. I then look for another 24 hour location and all 24hr locations were closed. Crazy!

Absolutely hands down worse pharmaceutical can’t ever get a prescription filled on time or ready for pick up on time I would not trust them with the medicine for my cat. Let alone, assuming who needs medicine to survive.

Please, please, avoid this CVS if possible. The staff at both the pharmacy and the retail portion of the store are not knowledgeable, they're rude, you'll get the wrong medication, things aren't in stock, etc. On Monday of this week, the cashier at the front locked the doors as to not let anyone else in past whatever time she locked them. She had an attitude when I was clearly upset. She let me out, I would have called the police otherwise. Her attitude was appalling and when you close at 9pm, doors lock at 9pm. I'm so tired of this "I go home when the store closes" mentality. No, you have to close after customers leave. Welcome to jobs everyone!

Do not ever use this pharmacy if there is a prescription you need desperately for acute illness or injury. They’ve completely let us down 3x in the last 6 months. Told us to come back hours later once it’s filled, then told us that it’s out-of-stock, then failed to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy EVEN after a pharmacist called and asked them to transfer it. And that has left our children sick and suffering on multiple occasions. We’re done with CVS pharmacy.

They just make up their own hours and don’t let cx with prescriptions know …… it’s really irritating and I might as well move my script to another pharmacy, the main reason (only reason) I moved from Walgreens was because they weren’t 24 hours and my work schedule wasn’t working with that. This is not the 1st time I’ve came and they’re just closed with no call , text, nothing saying HEY WE CLOSE AT 9PM TONIGHT, tomorrow and Saturday the 35th; please make accommodations to pick up before then. I even checked the hours before driving all the way here and it says open; extremely unprofessional & yall should also unplug & throw away the 24 hour sign knowing yall ain’t been 24 hours since 2019 … bogus asl

Took almost 3 hours for pharmacy to fill a time sensitive prescription for a sick child. Severely understaffed for a 24 hour pharmacy. Apparently they do not prioritize medical need when filling orders. When they get overwhelmed with prescriptions they stop answering the phones. If you don't have a need specifically for a 24 hour fill, go elsewhere.
