The employees they have there now are very helpful the ones that were there a couple of years ago or maybe longer weren't. I used to go to the other one across town just because of it but not now. The lady working there was very helpful with my ACP credit not once but twice and about to be a third time most people would have gotten aggravated with me and not help me. But the lady there was really friendly and very helpful I've been with Cricket for 10 years and I have no complaints

I went in today wanting to change from boost to cricket. Courtney was beyond helpful, very knowledgeable, and even stepped in to help me get the account info that boost refused to give me so I could keep my phone number. 10/10 highly recommend.

I've had cricket for 8-9 years. I came in to get a new phone today. There's not a huge selection of phones in store. But the employees were kind. Fernando was extremely helpful and so friendly. He answered all of my questions, put a new case on and my screen protector on for me, and transferred all of my data from my old phone to my new phone. My screen protector looks great. There's not a single air bubble.

One specific employee is rude and unprofessional. She never put a Sim card in my new phone. I've had to wait till they open to fix the problem they caused. Such an inconvenience!
