I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lori! She has been so responsive and kind. Offering us so many options and helping us through all of the booking and questions I had for her. I have had the recent opportunity to work with Lori Johnson of chasing waves travel. I’ve been to a couple of agencies in an attempt to book a cruise with negative results .When I went to Lori she was very open ,friendly and she took the time to explain to to me the options available.
After speaking to her at length, I purchased my Caribbean cruise.

Lori is by far the BEST travel agent that I have ever worked with. Her knowledge about everything that our trip entailed (what to pack, events on the cruise ship as well as additional excursions available) far surpassed all of my expectations. It was very clear that she genuinely cares that her travelers have the greatest experiences possible. She made our trip seamless above and beyond and I look forward to more booked destinations with her very soon!
