Buses are never on time due to stopping places for 10-15 minutes like at farmer. Needs to be incorporated into the app to have the correct time

The R6 Hamilton to Springdale driver could use a lesson in communication and manners. While I understand the need to enforce the COVID precautions, I don't believe it is necessary to harass riders or threaten to put them off the bus. I will be riding the R4 in the morning from now on. I choose not to start my day with such an unpleasant person.

I was on the bus for 1,1/2 hour I was the closest I ain’t need to be in Hamilton dropping off 2 people at home and picking up another person that is ridiculous I don’t recommend it to anyone they always pick me up late and always have excuses for it please be more consistent about times and not pick me up late should always be on time

I had different people telling me that I could get the curb side bus riding the BGo riding i believe its for $2.00. As I just stated several people told me that this will be the price after the first ride that is normally $10.00. I called the butler county transit to make sure this is true. The woman tells me that i would have to pay 10 bucks there and back each day, thats $100.00 a day. I Think middletown transit should just go OUT OF Business. Even with a transit service you still can't get to your destination most of the time. I wish i could give it no stars. Just go out of business already.

I have been a rider since 2014 when the vehicle died in butler county, ohio in front of fair grounds . So I don't to hear one person say that this company is not doing their job because they do outstanding service .

Called to schedule a pick-up for safe ride tonight for both me and my service animal around 9:20 and was told you cant reserve rides and to call back at 10 exactly and the rep ended the conversation. Thought that was very extra but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Called back again at 10 and the same girl "Kayla" answered and asked me my location and where I wanted to go then put me on hold for a minute or two. Came back and then proceeded to read me the bus schedule... said one would be my way "very soon in a few minutes" and proceeded to hang up. I didn't call the hotline to be read the bus schedule I already know the damn bus schedule. I called to schedule a SAFERIDE back to my dorm that is a good 20 minute walk away on a GOOD day when its not raining and pitch black outside! And not while trying to escort a service animal! Both me and my ESA proceeded to go outside to try and find this bus stop ive NEVER been to before and waited a few minutes and NOTHING came! Was forced to walk back to my dorm in the cold hard rain while both me and my service animal got absolutely drenched. It wasn't until I was a good 15 minutes into my walk that I FINALLY saw this bus "Kayla" was talking about! Almost a HALF HOUR after she told me it was moments away! I am pissed and angry that both me and my service animal were so blatantly ignored and dismissed this way! She didn't even do her job just simply delegated me elsewhere. I, a freshman with an ESA had to walk home very late at night alone because BCRTA simply does not care at all for the well being of students or service animals.
