I used this location because I wouldn't be home to do my laundry. There is no change machine, so bring your quarters... but if you forget to, there is a nice gentleman manning the cash register that will assist you. I can not remember how much it costs to wash & dry one load. It's a quaint little place... a real 'Mom & Pop' type of establishment.

Never once have I gone there and had to wait for a washer or dryer, even the bigger loaders. Staff is always really friendly and help you with whatever you may need help with and they do it with a friendly demeanor. Beyond that the machines are always well kept and clean, the bathroom has a bit of graffiti (okay maybe more than just a "bit"). But, would it be a laundromat in Hamilton if it didn't?.. At least least you have stuff to read/see if you have to go in there ?. Even when theres other people they always just mind their own business so you dont really notice they are there. I honestly dont think ive ever had a conversation with a stranger, which isnt exactly a bad thing (unless you know them of course). I literally have nothing bad to say about this place. Even if i tried to think of something. I always feel welcome and comfortable and im never there any longer than it should take. I give it 100/100, which I wouldnt normally do. But, it is what it is ?♂️

I go here once a week. I feel safe and very comfortable. The people who own this, are truly amazing. I love that there is always someone there on site. My clothes get super clean and dry very fast at an affordable price too. just a shout out to let you all know Brookwood Laundromat is the place to go..

Wonderful place to do laundry... great atmosphere, new washer and dryers, and lowest prices around. Place is coming along well with new upgrades and future arcade games being placed in every one should definitely check it what do you got to lose....

The old lady is a nice lady. However, she refused me of doing my laundry from work at this facility. The previous time I washed laundry here she told me at 730 pm that if I leave and don’t return within 5 minutes of the dryers ending she would lock up and leave. Although they don’t close until 9 pm
